This is a new version of the lead plate for the famous Harman Collins flathead Ford Magneto. The Harman Collins Magneto is the most desirable vintage ignition system for the Ford Flathead. If you are lucky enough to have one of these magnetos, you probably don't have the lead plate. The downfall to having the magneto and not the lead plate is the inability to adjust engine timing.

The lead plate bolts between the cam gear cover and the magneto. It will allow you to adjust the timing 15 degrees either direction from the original mounting position.

This brand new Lead Plate Kit includes: the Lead Plate, the Cam Drive Extension, and all necessary mounting hardware. This kit installs quickly and easily with just a few hand tools.
